Bárbara Machado is a writer and advertising professional from an island called Vitória, capital of Espírito Santo, in Brazil. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Advertising, and a postgraduate degree in Linguistics. In 2016 she published the novel Antes de Casar, and in 2023, Bateu vontade e outras histórias, a collection of short stories in multiple genres, in prose and verse narratives.
